ROUGHING SHANK CUTTERS

Re-sharpening shank cutter in diamond with full tips, cutting angle (1 positive - 1 negative), rough/finishing cutting tips PCD 3,0 mm, HDM body, tool suitable for nesting operation on MDF, HDF, HPL, panels also in carbon fibre, trespa and corian.

PCD shank cutter Z2+2 for nesting, with PCD tips H3,5 mm resharpened up to 3 times, two helicoidal wing, firt tip positive all the others negative, plunge tip in PCD, cutting angle 25°, HDM (High density metal) and steel body.

PCD Shank cutter Z2+2 , with resharpenable tips, 4 helix divisions, all positive with chip breaker made by laser machine. Diamond plung tip , heavy metal body, 30 ° axial angle. Excellent for roughing coated MDF   panels, coated multilayer, hardwoods without knots to replace the classic helical chipbreaker cutters.
